Michael Melton Honored by Gillette Fusion Men of Style

Gillette Fusion along with Rolling Out Magazine honored local barbershops as well as eight men considered to be arbiters of good taste and great style in the Washington, DC area last night.

What defines a man of style? Gillette Fusion and Rolling Out have the answer! This week they took over the Nation’s Capital as part of a 5-city tour honoring men of style in their respective cities. Gillette’s slogan—“The Best A Man Can Get”—was the criteria for selecting the honorees which ranged from local barbers and professional athletes to tastemakers and city officials.

The event was hosted by two arbiters of style, Fonzworth Bently and DC’s own native son Kenny Burns. Honorees included CNN contributor Roland Martin, Fox TV anchor Kelly Wright, Washington Redskins Fred Smoot and LaRon Landry, Baltimore Ravens Willis McGahee, Fashion designer Everett Hall, Celebrity event planner Andre Wells, DC Councilman Kwame Brown, Style maven Glynn Jackson, Attorney/Businessman Michael Melton and DC W Hotel manager Ed Baten.
